Studio Calico

It's morning here and I feel great!!  I went to bed early and got up early ready to take on this day.  I wanted to share a layout I made using my April Studio Calico kit "City Lights".  I loved those frames so much I wanted to use them all on one page.  And I used the sequins as "confetti" for the NSD challenge.

I chose to put paper behind the frames and the picture on top.

 I love the cute kraft tags that came in the kit.  I used the exclusive stamp on the tag and added a brad, butterfly, and some sequins.

The "F" is for Faith. and my journaling.

Added another tag and brad and butterfly.

Hambly Studio Frames

First I want to remind you that today is the last day to enter the big Giveaway.  You can see all you get HERE.

Today I get to share the frames I made using Hambly Studios overlays and rub-ons.  I have had these frames laying around forever and I just wanted to "dress" them up so I could hang them on my wall.

So here is the tutorial on how I made these frames.

 I first took the frame a part and cut a white piece of cardstock to fit behind the mat. Then I cut an overlay to go over the cardstock.

 Then I took a rub-on and placed on the overlay.

I took the butterfly sticker and placed it on a white piece of cardstock and then cut around it.

 I layered the butterfly on the top of the rub-on. I added the label sticker and a cute word.

 And lastly I took some twine and went around the frame.

The Paper Bakery NSD Blog Hop

Magpie

I picked up some Jenni Bowlin Magpie the other day at my LSS.  I also loved that the new MME matched the colors.  I printed some pictures and got to work!  I loved the results of these two layouts.
