So happy the weekend is here!!! And to top it off we are suppose to have beautiful weather! I'm going to take the kids out and get some Easter pictures. I have been taking the Mastering Manual Mode class over at Big Picture Scrapbooking and wow I have learned alot and can't wait to try them out on my kids. (They have no idea what their in for lol)
I wanted to share this layout I made using the March Scrapbook Circle kit and I also played along with Sara's challenge to use polaroid style photos. I adore this style of picture it is so fun to work with.
I love the Lily Bee alphas in the kit. They are so small you can make a big title look great. And aren't those butterflies so cute. I painted them white and added a button.Love the AC paper with all the numbers on it. It's great for cutting apart!
This picture of her "surprised" look is priceless! She actually saw an ant and I captured her face.
Thanks you for stopping by! Hope you have a great weekend!!

Learning to Sew
Good Morning! Today I wanted to share a layout I did for a CK call. It was for fabric. It didn't get picked up so I can show it now. I made my own shower curtain and my daughter wanted some of the material to make a little blanket for her elephant. So I decided to teach her how to sew. I love spending time teaching my daughter crafty things. The background for this layout is pieces of the fabric.
Here is my journaling. I used some of the Hambly Studio sewing stickers.
I had a cardboard like thimble I wrapped twine around.
I took a white doily and misted it SC blue mist.
Thanks for stopping by!

Canvas Fun!!
So lately I have been wanting to get back into making canvas so this afternoon I took the plunge and just started working away. I watched Christy Tomlinson's new video and got inspired. I don't like to copy so I used some ideas from Christy but also used my own design and ideas. Surprisingly these only took me 2 hrs. to complete both!
Here is the first canvas.I made a banner out of the AC Ruffled paper and AC clothes pins.
And the flowers are made from Crate Paper buttons and She Art papers.
Second Canvas:
I made the house out of the She Art papers. Love the colors! And check out the stems...there clothespins!

Elle's Studio Sketch & Scrapbook Circle
Hello!! I found some time today to finally scrap! I received the March Scrapbook Circle kit today and just had to play! I used the Elle's Studio sketch for my inspiration.
I used the JB stencil that is included in the kit to make my title. I traced the letters and then hand stitched around them.
I cut out one of the frames from the AC papers and added the MME chipboard and button.
Love the AC paper with all the numbers. And you can see a JB ticket peeking out. Thanks for stopping by!

Every Heart...
Good Morning!! Today I wanted to share another project I did using the March Paper Bakery kit. The add-on has sold out but there is one project kit left.
I took an old frame I had in closet and painted it with some crackle paint. I used the news paper that is included in the kit to make the layered heart.
I used paint behind the words to make them pop.
The this peach ribbon. Thanks for stopping by!!

Burlap & Buttercups March Reveal
Good Morning!! Today I want to share a couple of layouts with you using the March Burlap & Buttercups kit (sorry already sold out). This kit sold out the day it revealed!! That is how much fun this kit is!
This is my "Little Reader" Hannah. She LOVES to sit and look at books.
Here are some close ups:
This layout is of Faith. She earns stickers at school for making good choices and once the paper is filled up they get to pick a prize. Well, she came home one day and so excited because she was 1 sticker away from getting the "Purple Pony" and she was hoping no one picked if before she got to.Here are some closeups:
Thanks for stopping by!! I will be sharing another layout Sunday using this kit.

Lily Bee Sketch
Hello! Today I had the chance to play with some Lily Bee so I went to work on this months sketch. I choose to flip the sketch on it's side.
I love their papers and mixed several different lines(Memorandum, Head Over Heels, This & That) to come up with this layout.
I love these pictures of Hannah enjoying her peanut butter cracker.
Here is the story of the PB Cracker. And I used some Lily Bee alphas. Love how little they are so you can make a big title.
I used 2 different border punches and hand cut the little doily.

Sleepy Baby
Good Morning!!! Today is another gorgeous day here is PA! Loving this weather!
Today I wanted to share a layout I did with the gorgeous March Add-on from The Paper Bakery (available in 2 day!). When I opened the kit and saw this gorgeous paper from MME I knew I wanted to use it jut like it was. So I measured the squares and printed my pictures to fit.
I then took the newspaper included in the kit and cut out some hearts.
I also used the fun SC chipboard banner pieces in one of the squares.
And here I used the MME transparenties as a accent instead on a photo.

Happy Birthday to my baby girl Faith!!
Today my first baby turns 7!! Wow where has the time gone?! I made this layout to document the day! She is very smart, and yet very stubborn. She is very thoughtful, yet still has to be boss. She is super sweet, yet has a little spice to her. She is my baby girl and I can't believe she is 7 already.
I used the new March Paper Bakery kit. I fussy cut the big "adore you" from another sheet of paper and loved it on here. See the background piece it is a sheet of vintage newspaper that is in the kit. How fun it that?!
Aren't those tags co cute?!
Here I used the piece you would throw away from the border punch and added a cut paper clip for fun.
Love the gorgeous red ribbon.
Thanks so much for stopping by and wishing Faith a Happy Birthday!
