One Frosty Morning

Happy Friday!!  My kids have a half day and Christmas Break starts!! I'm ready for a break from the normal routine how about you??

Today I wanted to share another layout I created using the Decmber Kit from Citrus Twist.

This is the picture I used for my Christmas card.  I wanted to take them out in the morning while there was frost on the ground.  You can't really see it here but it was fun!

All is Bright

Sorry I have not been posting as regular as normal lately.  This month has been way busier than normal with 4 kids and tons of Christmas activities at school & church I don't know if I'm coming or going LOL.  I am enjoying the time with them!

I wanted to share with you a fun layout using the December Main Kit & Embellishment Add-on kit from Citrus Twist.  This kit is now sold out.

For this layout I took white cardstock and tore it down the side.  I then cut some off the edge so the red paper would fit down the middle.

Big can be fun! & Some Fun News

Over at American Crafts I was challenged with using a larger photo.  I picked out a picture and then printed it on 2 4x6 sheets making the photo be 4x10.  I had fun once I got the layout flowing. I used the Soho Garden line which is full of rich colors.

and now for my exciting news...... I made the new Ormulo Design Team!!  I very excited to get to work with so many amazing girls!

Here is another fun colorful layout I created with the very colorful Gossamer Blue kit!!  This kit screams FUN!  For this layout I added some of the new Heidi Swapp mist and you will see some fun confetti under the picture.

Gossamer Blue Decemeber Reveal

Gossamer Blue revealed their December Kit this weekend!  The kit ha s tons of fun colors in it!  I loved how the Simple Stories alphas had more than one color to chose from.

1st Trophy

Today I need to work on "just for fun" layout.  So I grabbed some supplies I had been wanting to use and went to town.  I had so much fun just scrapping!  I ended up using some of my Ormolu flapper and flairs, some Sodalicious wood arrows, and some papers I had in stash. 

The journaling tells the story of how excited my son was to get his first trophy.  He couldn't stop starring at it and he was spit shinning it lol.

Sorry I have been behind on posting.  This holiday has kept me busy.  I love this time of year though when you get to be with family and help kids at school with activities.  Anyway, I have quick layout to share with you today!  This layout was created with the November Kit from Citrus Twist.  In the add-on is some Jenni Bowlin hexagons I used everyone on this layout.

2013 Calendar ~Elle's Studio

For this months design gallery over at Elle's Studio, I created this cute 2013 calendar.  When I was in Georgia I went to an Archiver's (wish we had one around here) and I bought a cute 7 Gypsies tray.  When I was trying to come up with an idea of what to make I realized the tray had 12 slots perfect for making this calendar using the new 2013 Calendar tags.

My Artist

I created this layout from the November kit over at Gossamer Blue.  I also used some of the new Heidi Swapp mist.  These are fabulous!  I love the metallic look they have!  This layout was such a fun one to create.  I got the inspiration for the circle from the new Sanctus Real CD.

Noah created this cute picture of him spelling out his name with crayons and I had to capture it!  I was so impressed he thought to do that.

I had fun with this layout I created for Elle's Studio design team gallery this month.  This layout was just a lot of little stuff here and there.  I first used textured paint then started to place all the little circles and embellishments.  I used the new Sweet Life tags and the new number stamp!

Happy Monday!  My cute pie had an ear ache about 2 wks ago and found out it never left :( So we had to go get more meds.  Praying they work this time.  Anyway this is a another fun layout I created with the amazing November kit from Gossamer Blue!!  I combine some of the add-ons to make this layout. 

Love all the pretty colors and fun embellishments!  I really love those HS cursive words!

Catch Up ~ Elle's Studio

The new design team galley is up over at Elle's Studio!  I had a lot of fun this month creating with the all the fun tags!  For this layout  I used some of the "The Sweet Life" tags. 

This is a picture of my son riding his bike as fast as he can.  The older two were way head with their dad so he wanted to catch up.  I told him he could he needed to stay with me.

30 Day's of List Gossamer Blue

Hello and Happy Friday!!  Today I wanted to share with you my complete mini album I did for the 30 Days of Lists!  I used the beautiful Gossamer Blue Kit to complete this entire album!!  The only thing I used from my stash was doilies and a few little glossen bags!  This kit had so many fun embellishments and papers it wasn't hard to do 30 pages!  I will say the reason I created this mini album is to pass it down to my kids and they can see all about me.  I did go back through and use my AC date stamp on each page so they can the date. I also plan to add a few more things to each list as I think of them.
