Learning to Sew

Good Morning! Today I wanted to share a layout I did for a CK call. It was for fabric. It didn't get picked up so I can show it now. I made my own shower curtain and my daughter wanted some of the material to make a little blanket for her elephant. So I decided to teach her how to sew. I love spending time teaching my daughter crafty things. The background for this layout is pieces of the fabric.

Here is my journaling. I used some of the Hambly Studio sewing stickers.

I had a cardboard like thimble I wrapped twine around.

I took a white doily and misted it SC blue mist.
Thanks for stopping by!

  2. What a fantastic memory! So many more to come I'm sure! What a blessing! The whole layout is so darn cute but my favorite embellishment is how you wrapped the twine around spool!
